We have also produced an accompanying video. Please note that the situation remains fluid and we will provide up to date information nearer to the start of the new term.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR DISTANCE LEARNING
To help assist with distance learning during this period of closure our technical support staff will try to provide you with support if you are experiencing issues.
There are a range of issues pupils might face when making use of C2K MySchool, Google Classroom and other online learning tools.

- Accessing a particular Google Classroom
- Accessing an assignment in a Google Classroom
- Logging into MyMaths or accelerated reader

- If you accidently locked your account, it will automatically unlock itself again after 30mins.
- If your password has expired you can reset it at https://services.c2kni.net/ums/
- When trying to access Google Classroom, please ensure that you are not already logged in as your personal Gmail account.
