LATERAL FLOW TESTS
Please take some time to read and view the information below regarding Lateral Flow Testing. Taking part in the testing is voluntary. There is no expectation or obligation to participate. However, should you want to comply in the testing programme, please return a consent form to the school by on the first day your child returns to school (Years 8-14).
Please carefully consider inclusion in this programme as its key aim is to identify asymptomatic individuals and mitigate against the spread of Covid–19 within our community.
Sperrin College pupils and staff will test at home on Wednesday and Sunday evenings.
The results of the test must be reported to the school (during term time) via the form below. If your child tests positive, you should follow the already established procedures, of informing the school, the NHS and household isolation.
