TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR REMOTE/ONLINE LEARNING

To help assist with remote learning during periods of closure/partial closure or pupil isolation, our technical support staff will try to provide you with support if you are experiencing issues.

There are a range of issues pupils might face when making use of C2K MySchool, Google Classroom and other online learning tools.

These include but are not limited to:

• Forgotten passwords
• Accessing a particular Google Classroom
• Accessing an assignment in a Google Classroom
• Logging into MyMaths or accelerated reader

 
List of Common Issues and Resolutions

• If you accidently locked your account, it will automatically unlock itself again after 30mins.
• If your password has expired you can reset it at https://services.c2kni.net/ums/
• When trying to access Google Classroom, please ensure that you are not already logged in as your personal Gmail account.
